Requirement From Applicant

• Original Passport (Minimum 6 months validity and 1 blank page)
• Return Flight Ticket

Terms & Condition

• All documents must be legal (from original documents) and valid.
• The process starts after complete documents and requirements.
• The processing time may delayed due to error at immigration online system.
• If the immigration online system is broken (down/ error), this day will not calculated as working days. This will cause a delay in the service process.
• Additional requirement may requested by office during the process.
• You will be scheduled for photograph and fingerprint at immigration office. We will inform the schedule 2 (two) days before.
• Immigration office open on Monday – Friday service time from 08.00 – 15.00, accept for National and Balinese Holidays.
• Cancellation from your side is nonrefundable.
• Couriers are available to collect and deliver documents from Monday – Friday 09.00 am to 04.00 pm.
• Free documents collection and delivery for : Sanur, Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua area.
• Documents collection by courier must be scheduled 1 day before.
• Visa extension must be submitted at latest 3 days prior expiry date to avoid overstay.
